Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious, had a cozy couch for visitors, and featured a large, comfortable king-sized bed, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location, right across the street from Central Park, was a true privilege, offering an excellent customer experience. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious options available, although a bit pricey for some drinks. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, offering professional, friendly, and accommodating assistance. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a big walk-in shower and extra space in the living area, though the Central Park view comes at a high price. The services are excellent, with attentive staff making guests feel like in a fairytale. The location is unbeatable for exploring NYC but dining prices may come as a shock.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right across the street from Central Park, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and safe. The service was top-notch, with a special touch for my wife's birthday. However, the noise level on 58th Street was a bit of a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right across from Central Park, but the price for the room with limited park view was on the higher side. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it cost a pretty penny for a New Year's Eve stay. The dining options were delicious but overpriced. The hotel is in a superb area with easy access to many attractions in New York.
The hotel's location is superb, just across from Central Park and surrounded by great restaurants and venues. The rooms, although facing 58th street on the 5th floor, offer a glimpse of Central Park, but the space is a bit tight for two people. The service is generally polite and helpful, but there was a slight hiccup during a request. The dining options are varied but slightly on the pricey side. The facilities are well-maintained, making it a pleasant stay overall.
I stayed in an amazing large suite with a great terrace that was wonderful to enjoy day and night, offering a lovely view of Central Park. While the room seemed a bit run down and in need of renovation, this was overshadowed by the friendly service provided, especially by the concierge David, who went out of his way to assist us. The location directly facing Central Park and near Fifth Avenue was perfect for exploring the city.
